Our expert staff has a collective 90+ years of experience in the aviation industry specializing in Aircraft Specification, Interior/BFE Management, BFE Sourcing Program and Program Management, Asset and Technical Management, Aircraft Trading, OEM Strategy Consulting, Product Design and Strategy, and Supplier Oversight.

Our staff diversity is quite extensive with global expertise and experience having worked at industry leading consulting firms, airlines, industrial design firms, major aircraft OEM’s, interior product manufacturers, and passenger seating OEM’s.

Our capabilities and services cover commercial, general, business, and VVIP aviation products and marketplaces.

Gary Weissel is the Managing Officer of Tronos Aviation Consulting, providing a wide range of advisory services to the aviation industry.  Mr. Weissel offers over 28 years of experience in the aviation field specializing in a wide range of expertise.  Prior to starting TAC, he spent 14 years at ICF SH&E with his last position there as co-Managing Officer of the firm’s Aviation and Aerospace Practice.  Mr. Weissel has also held positions in program management, engineering and interiors at B/E Aerospace and Delta Air Lines.  He is a regular speaker at industry conferences, has appeared on CNN as an expert in aviation program management, and guest lectures at the Georgia Institute of Technology School of Aerospace Engineering.  He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and is an FAA licensed pilot.

Jeff Luedeke serves as the Managing Director of Tronos Aviation Consulting (TAC) and provides various advisory services to the aviation community.  Mr. Luedeke has over 27 years of experience in the aviation field and specializes in cabin interiors and related services.  Prior to joining TAC, he spent 14 years with HAECO Americas, most recently as the Senior Vice President of Sales & Business Development for the HAECO Cabin Solutions business unit.  Mr. Luedeke has also held positions in sales, business development, program management, operations management, manufacturing engineering, and installation support.  He is a regular contributor to various aviation news sources, including for Aircraft Interiors International, Aviation Week, Flight Global, CNN, and Jetliner Cabins.
