BAe 146 Air Tanker

Overview

The challenging environment of forest fire-fighting demands standards of reliable, efficient performance that are increasingly difficult for older forest fire-fighting aircraft to deliver.

With its 3,000 USG tank capacity, four engine reliability, outstanding field performance and low speed manoeuvrability, the BAe 146 Air Tanker is the ideal solution for heavy duty fire fighting.

Tronos is currently developing a prototype BAe 146 Air Tanker for entry into service in mid-2009
